Sculptra® Aesthetic
With age, your skin's natural collagen supply decreases and you may start to notice wrinkles and facial aging.
Activate the skin’s natural regenerative process with Sculptra Aesthetic and help replenish lost collagen, the most common protein in the body that supports cells and tissue. This FDA-approved injectable subtly and gradually over time helps restore facial volume.
What is Sculptra® Aesthetic?
SCULPTRA AESTHETIC WORKS WITH YOUR BODY TO HELP REBUILD LOST COLLAGEN
Sculptra Aesthetic is an FDA-approved injectable that helps gradually replace lost collagen—the most common protein in the body that is used to form a framework to support cell and tissue—for results that can last more than two years.
Why Sculptra Aesthetic?
SCULPTRA AESTHETIC ADDRESSES AN UNDERLYING CAUSE OF FACIAL AGING, NOT JUST THE SYMPTOMS
Not all anti-aging treatments are the same:
Collagen Creams: Collagen Creams do not fully penetrate the dermis, so most topical treatments are effective as moisturizers that briefly improve the skin's appearance.
Collagen Supplements: When ingested, the digestive system breaks down collagen proteins and their effectiveness remains inconclusive.
Toxins: Toxins temporarily weaken muscles to minimize frown lines in the forehead. Results typically last a couple of months.
Fillers: Works immediately upon injection to fill in lines, wrinkles and folds.
How Sculptra® Works
SLOW AND STEADY STRENGTH
Sculptra Aesthetic is made with biocompatible, biodegradable, synthetic material called poly-L-lactic acid, which is gradually and naturally absorbed by the body and helps to rebuild lost collagen through a series of treatments administered by our trained specialist.
Our specialist injects the treatment within the deep dermis, where strands of collagen support your skin's structure. Over time, Sculptra Aesthetic helps the body reproduce lost collagen. The number of injection appointments and the number of injections per appointment vary from person to person, depending on how much collagen has been lost. On average, three injection appointments are needed over a period of a few months.

Frequently Asked Questions
Sculptra is an aesthetic treatment suitable for increasing the volume of depressed areas, particularly to help correct skin depressions, such as in skin creases, wrinkles, folds and scars, and helps combat skin aging. Sculptra is also suitable for large volume corrections of the signs of facial fat loss (lipoatrophy).
Sculptra targets one of the underlying causes of the signs of aging: collagen loss. During the course of your Sculptra treatments, collagen is gradually replaced and volume is restored. Over time, you may notice that your wrinkles, creases and folds are smoothed.

No. Because Sculptra targets the underlying causes of the signs of facial aging, it can give you noticeable results that emerge subtly. Because results happen gradually, you may notice subtle reductions in the appearance of facial wrinkles and folds.
Sculptra may be right for you if you want:
• Gradual effects that work over time.
• A treatment that replaces lost collagen and restores volume.
• Proven results that can last over 2 years.
Immediately following a Sculptra injection, redness, swelling and/or bruising may occur at the injection site. Injection-related swelling typically resolves within several hours to a few days. Patients treated with anticoagulants may run the risk of hematoma (blood spot under the skin) or localized bleeding at the injection site.
